CANCELLATION POLICY

Star Spangled Carousel works dilligently to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, orders may "NOT" be cancelled after 2 hours of placing an order.

All other pertaining policies apply after this time limit.

REFUND POLICY

1. Your satisfaction is important to us. We will be glad to accept a return of "non-sale" merchandise within 10 days of receipt of merchandise for a refund. (Receipt of merchandise is defined as the day the package is dropped at your address.)

2. Within 3 weeks (21 days) from receipt of merchandise you may return merchandise for a "Store Credit."

3. After 3 weeks (21 days) from receipt of merchandise we will "NOT" accept any return. Any merchandise sent to us after 3 weeks will be returned to you at your expense.

4. All Shipping and Handling Fees are "NON-REFUNDABLE."

5. All merchandise must be returned unused in their original condition with all original tags attached and the package the merchandise came in.

6. A copy of the Receipt must accompany the merchandise.

7. Personalized and Custom ordered items ( monogrammed, embroider, engraved or special orders) are "FINAL SALE" and are "NOT" returnable. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned.

8. Many of our items are very delicate. We regret that we will be unable to accept any return on these items if they are damaged while worn or washed. Please keep this in mind when ordering these type of garments.

PRICING POLICY

We strive to make our site 100% accurate, but on occasion we do make errors in pricing and item descriptions. In these situations, we reserve the right to adjust any price or description on the site that has been posted incorrectly. You will be notified immediately in the unlikely event this happens and will be asked to re order the item at the correct price. Thank you for your understanding.
