will NOT be accepted at store level for refunds, exchanges, or
returns. Instead, please follow the detailed instructions
below:
RETURN and
EXCHANGE POLICY
To RETURN an
item(s) please include a copy of your receipt and clearly mark the
item(s) you wish to return.
Please note the reason for the return. Orders over $200.00
qualified for free shipping when they were originally sent out to
you. If your return(s)
brings the total of the initial purchase below $200.00 the
appropriate shipping charge will be deducted from your return. Please allow approximately
30 days for your credit to appear on your
statement.
To EXCHANGE an
item(s) please include a copy of your receipt and clearly mark the
item(s) you wish to exchange.
Next, please find the item(s) you want from our website and
place a new order for them.
We carry limited quantities of most items so this ensures
that we have the new item in stock and that we pull it to be sent to
you. Additionally, this
process allows us to immediately ship the new item(s) to you while
we wait to receive the item(s) you wish to exchange. Please allow approximately
30 days for your credit to appear on your
statement.

Please pack your return/exchange
securely and include a copy of your receipt with all
notations.

It is imperative you "Insure"
your package as we will not accept responsibility for lost or
damaged items in shipping.

Your
package must be "PRE-PAID."
We do "NOT" accept C.O.D.'s. Any
merchandise sent C.O.D. will be returned to you at your
expense.

We recommend that you use a
reliable shipper such as UPS, Fed-Ex, or USPS Priority Mail. These
providers offer you tracking numbers and make it easier to locate
your package if necessary.

REFUND
POLICY

Your
satisfaction is important to us. We will be glad to accept a
return of "non-sale" merchandise within 10 days of receipt of
merchandise for a refund. (Receipt of merchandise is defined as
the day the package is dropped at your
address.)

Within 3 weeks (21 days) from receipt of
merchandise you may return merchandise for a "Store
Credit."

After 3 weeks (21 days) from receipt of
merchandise we will "NOT" accept any return. Any merchandise sent
to us after 3 weeks will be returned to you at your
expense.

All Shipping and Handling Fees are
"NON-REFUNDABLE."

All merchandise must be returned unused in
their original condition with all original tags attached and the
package the merchandise came in.

A copy of the Receipt must accompany the
merchandise.

Personalized and Custom ordered items
(monogrammed, embroider, engraved or special orders) are "FINAL
SALE" and are "NOT" returnable. These items are made specifically
for you and cannot be returned.

Many of our items are very delicate. We regret that we will
be unable to accept any return on these items if they are damaged
while worn or washed. Please keep this in mind when ordering these
types of garments.
